Submitting a return

Have you received an order and want to return it? You can submit a return within 14 days of receiving your order. This is easy to do by email.

Please note: you can only return a keychain that is unused. Unused means that the scratch layers are completely undamaged. A card that has been (partly) scratched off counts as used and cannot be returned.

How to return

1. Send an email to info [at] qiicode.nl with the order details from the order confirmation.
2. We will email you the return instructions.
3. Put the keychain(s) and a covering letter in an envelope. If you still have the original envelope unopened, you can write "RETURN TO SENDER" above the address.
4. The keychain(s) must be unused and undamaged, with completely undamaged scratch layers.
5. Once your return has been received, assessed and approved, you will get the purchase amount back or we will apply another solution as agreed.

Return conditions

• The keychain(s) must be unused and undamaged and must show no signs of use or visible changes. The scratch layers must be completely undamaged.
• Returns are at your own expense. Returns without sufficient postage are not accepted.
• The purchase amount is refunded within 14 days of receiving the return.
• If an order has not been delivered within 30 days of being placed, you may cancel it, unless different delivery times have been agreed.

Return costs

Return costs are always paid by the customer.

My order is being returned by the carrier, what now?

If an order comes back to us through the carrier, we check the condition of the keychain(s) and refund the purchase amount automatically. We process this within 10 working days. You can place the order again if you wish.

Did you accidentally enter the wrong address and is the order delivered anyway? Then we are not responsible for refunding the purchase amount or delivering again.

Because the keychains go by regular post, no tracking code is available. This means you cannot follow the status of your order.
