Qiicode: the keychain without a name

The idea for the Qiicode keychain came when someone found a key in the street. "What if it had contact details on it?" was the first thought. But how do you make contact possible without revealing which door the key opens? That was the starting point of Qiicode.

The keychain carries a unique key code. Whoever finds your keys can use it to send you a message, without a name, address or phone number on your keyring.

Bringing finder and owner together

To make this possible, we developed the website www.qiicode.nl. The finder does not need an account, and you do not need any personal details to log in: your key code and password are enough. This way, finder and owner do not have to exchange contact details.
